Our clinicians support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Treatment may incorporate evidence-based and mind-body approaches, including CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, EFT/Tapping, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation techniques, depending on each client’s needs. Sequoia Counseling is accepting new clients and works with many major insurance plans, including Sutter Health Plus, Blue Shield of California, Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Carelon Behavioral Health, Western Health Advantage, and Magellan.
